How long will it take for products to reach me after placing an order.

As all the products are handcrafted in our workshop from scratch. Almost everything from picking up best suited raw materials to cutting and stitching of goods is done by hand. And because of this nature it takes around 2-7 days on average for our products to be dispatched from our workshop. 

After goods are dispatched you will receive a tracking number and you can track goods on our shipping agent's website. Usually products reach anywhere in the world in and around 7 to 10 days but sometime it may take a little extra time because of customs or non regular Postal codes.  

 

I need to repair my product. What do I do?

We absolutely love our products and want them to last forever to serve you. We offer free of cost repairs for our products for lifetime. Just send them to us with the list of all the things which you want to get fixed and we will do it for you. Total repair would be free of cost including spares and parts. All you have to do is to take care of the both ways shipping.

 

How long will it take to get a refund.

In case you need to return a product and need a refund against it you will have to do it withing 10 days of receiving the goods in an unused condition with all packaging, bills and tags intact. 

We will transfer the refund of the entire amount after deducting the shipping cost within 7 working days of receiving the product.

 

What do I do if I need to change my order or shipping detail?

If you have already bought something from the store and changed your mind later you can still write a mail to us informing the change within 48 hours or before dispatch which ever is earlier and we will help resolving your issue.

 

I bought an item on sale but need to exchange/return it. What do I do?

We can gladly exchange your goods for any other item on the store for same or higher value goods but unfortunately we will not be able to refund the amount for the goods which are on clearance. Shipping charges for the goods to be exchanged will have to be borne by the customer.

 

Can I request a custom order?


We do accept custom orders. Please let us know how we can make your bag perfect for you. These inquiries should be limited to our current designs as we do not produce full custom ordered products.
