COVID-19 Shipping Policy (with 25% discount)

Due to the current global pandemic and lockdown situation the entire logistic industry and its channel partners are working with a limited number of staff members and many folds increase in the numbers of orders from around the world.

Hence due to this extra work & under staffed channel partners we are facing a delay in pickups, deliveries and custom clearances for our shipments. Hence deliveries are taking longer in many cases then the usual.

What to expect –

  • Delays in deliveries in some cities and countries for a few days.
  • Same high quality goods and craftsmanship without any compromise.

Safety measures being practiced by us-

  • Highest hygiene & sanitation measures being taken in the workshop.
  • Disinfecting the workshop every 4 hours.
  • Regular screening and safety gear (masks, gloves) being provided to all staff members.
  • Wrapping the box with a plastic sheet so it’s easier for customers to disinfect the outside box before opening the package.
  • No visitors, customers or part time staff members allowed in the workshop. Only limited full time well screened staff members are allowed to craft goods currently.

The orders placed using the coupon code "Lockdown25" are non refundable and are not eligible for exchange (unless they have a manufacturing defect).

Lifetime warranty is still applicable on all orders discounted or not.

If you wish to make your order eligible for exchange and refunds kindly please do not use the coupon code. But due to global logistics disruption at the moment your order may take a little more time to get delivered then usual. 

Quality and sanitation measures are the same irrespective of the fact that you use the discount coupon or not.

In this rough time we are fighting the odds, not just from Covid 19 but as a community and the world. Being a small business means we need to provide for many staff members and their dependents.

We are rewarding our customers with a 25% off delight just for a little bit of delay in delivery. Extra online sales also mean we will keep ourselves afloat in this tough time when our network of retailers are closed and not placing further orders.


Usual Shipping Policy  (Not valid in times of Global Pandemic)

  • Free International Shipping above $50.
  • Delivered within 7-8 days on an average. (Dispatched in 1-3 days and shipping time 3-7 days + or - 2 days).
    Free Lifetime repairs.
  • Update within 10 days of receiving the product in case of exchange or  returns. 
  • Goods should be in unused condition with all packing and tags to be eligible for exchange or a refund.
  • Customised or Personalised products cannot be exchanged or returned.
